The staff, particularly Elliot and Josh, went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and ensure our stay was enjoyable. The ensuite bathroom in our room had good plumbing and a great shower with good water pressure. The breakfast options were fantastic, with milk alternative choices and a £1 donation going to charity. I had an excellent stay in a hostel near the underground. It was conveniently located to the Queensway tube station, making it easy to explore London. The hostel was also close to Hyde Park, allowing my family and I to enjoy the beautiful gardens. The staff provided phenomenal service, and the luggage storage option was a bonus. The room I booked turned out to be a private accommodation, giving us the comfort and privacy we needed.
The beddings could have been fresher, but it was not a major issue.

I had a short and pleasant stay at a property that offered good value for money. The room and facilities were clean, and the breakfast was phenomenal, offering a variety of food options for a small donation to charity. The hostel also provided free lockers, both inside the room and in the lobby, which was convenient. Despite some minor drawbacks such as the room being a bit hot and the property undergoing construction, I had an overall nice experience. I appreciate the hostel's efforts to constantly improve and would recommend it to others seeking a budget-friendly option.
